FAQs when it Comes to Depositing Funds into Your XProGlobal Forex Trading Account

There is a minimum deposit of 250 EUR/USD/GBP in order to start trading with XProGlobal.

There might be situations where unforeseen circumstances play a role. If this is the case, then yes, it may take longer for your deposit to hit your XProGlobal trading account.

In the case of an XProGlobal  joint Forex trading account, we do accept funds from one account or credit card, as long as the funds are from one of the parties that are registered on the said joint account.

Currency conversion may apply to unavailable currencies.

Yes, XProGlobal covers all fees (on credit, debit and prepaid cards as well as eWallets), but when it comes to bank transfers, we cover all deposit fees. Please contact your Provider/Bank for any fees and/or additional charges.

At XProGlobal, we work with a series of reputable, tier-one payment service providers and they accept a whole host of currencies, but in some cases, there are currencies they won’t accept without charging you a conversion fee. Simply take a look at the Available Currencies column under each payment method to see which currencies are allowed.

If we spot a trader abusing or inappropriately making deposits, for instance, making several deposits without ever trading, then XProGlobal has the right to charge the trader with any transaction fees incurred with deposits and withdrawals, without providing notice. The trader will of course be notified of this in advance and warned prior to any charges being made to their trading account.
